About A/V Production & Media
Purpose
The Production & Media Team brings excellence to the visual, digital, and technical side of ministry. From setting the soundstage for worship to creating engaging content that connects people online, we ensure that the message of The Way is clear, compelling, and accessible—in the sanctuary and beyond. Whether we’re managing mics, running the livestream, designing slides, or producing video content, everything we do is about creating meaningful experiences and pointing people back to God.

- Utilize A/V and media tools to create distraction-free, spirit-led worship environments
- Extend the church’s impact through livestreaming and digital content
- Help fulfill the church’s vision to connect, grow, and serve through technology and media
- Empower creatives, storytellers, and tech-minded members to use their gifts in service
Roles & Responsibilities
Sunday Production Responsibilities
- Arrive early to set up all A/V equipment for the Worship & Arts team (mics, monitors, cables, etc.)
- Manage the soundboard during service, ensuring quality sound for in-person and online audiences
- Run visuals during service (slides, lyrics, announcements, scriptures, videos, etc.)
- Operate and monitor the livestream for Sunday service, ensuring smooth transitions and clear audio/video for online viewers
- Coordinate with Worship Leaders, service hosts, and speakers for any special A/V needs
Creative Media & Content Creation
- Design graphics and produce Sunday video announcements (led by Porsche Veu), using Canva & CapCut
- Photography & Videography: Film & capture moments during Sunday service for social media and website
- Film and edit creative projects such as member spotlight videos and church event recaps
- Collaborate with ministries to support storytelling and special events
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Assist with designing, editing, and posting weekly content across social platforms (led by Porsche Veu)
- Document church life with photos and short-form video for Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Stay informed on digital media trends to keep The Way’s content fresh, relevant, and spirit-led
